In the vast fenced grounds, another detached villa sits at the side, separated by a fence. The owners, a young couple, live here. Their private patio area is out of sight. As is yours.

At the back of the property, fringed by a hedge, is a lusciously green, meditation zone, focused around an eco pond. A naturally evolving oasis, mostly obscured by lily pods, it spawns frogs, toads, fish, newts, lizards and water snakes (they don’t stray!). Submit to its beauty and reach nirvana. I could meditate for hours in this magical spot.
Separated by a driveway, and also fringed by a hedge, a large children’s adventure park perfects the family experience. Liberally equipped with a slide, climbing frame, swings, a bouncy horse and various other playthings, this area was specifically designed to stimulate your children’s imagination for hours on end!

The owners tend to the pool and grounds at times to suit you, usually very early in the morning. You need never see them unless you want to.

The owners have their own private parking spaces at the back of their villa.
