The Old School House is set within the New Forest National Park, a truly stunning part of the New Forest, with ponies, cows, donkeys and pigs your only traffic jam.
An ideal ground floor home for two couples or a family whether they want to relax or be active.
There are 3 bedrooms. One with a king bed, one with a super king bed that can be made up as one bed or as two singles and one small single box room bedroom.
The spacious lounge has a large log burner, oak flooring and opens onto the kitchen. The kitchen has an induction hob, granite tops and limestone flooring and opens into the spacious oak sun room, where there is a large dining table overlooking a private enclosed dog proof garden.
The garden is enclosed and not over looked and is ideal for dogs. There is an outside table plus charcoal barbecue for you to use.
The property was the original school for the boys in Bramshaw and it was converted in 2007 into 3 lovely family homes. This is the middle section of the conversion and maintains the original charm of the school but is fully modernised throughout including underfloor heating throughout The Old School House including the sun room, a log fire, spacious main bathroom and a large walk in shower in one of the bedrooms.
The house is located within the New Forest with roaming ponies, donkeys, sheep and pigs all year round. There are numerous walks and cycle routes available direct from the house plus the house is perfectly located in the New Forest to visit Salisbury, Paultons Park, Southampton, Winchester, Bournemouth, Lyndhurst and Lymington being both located in the new Forest but also being just 6 minutes from the M27.
We provide a welcome pack of milk, wine, cake, tea and coffee plus all linens, towels and washing up essentials. The house really is just like staying in a home not a holiday rental.
