The property lies 4/6 Kms from the villages of Lugnano in Teverina and Attigliano. It lies in a very quiet location with you panoramic sight on the surrounding hills. It allows to quickly reach the most famous cultural and naturalistic beauties of Umbria, northern Lazio and southern Tuscany. The villa is subdivided into 3 apartments. Two are suitable for 4-5 persons and the last one for 6/7. Each has a private porch (with table, chairs and barbecue), cooking corner/kitchen, 2 bathroom, living- dining room. The property is suitable for groups or more families that want to go on holiday together of up to 15 (13 adults + 2 children + babies).The whole property is for your exclusive use (villa-garden-pool are not shared with other persons). It is possible to eat all together in the large living room of one apartment on the ground floor or under one of the porch. There are also stone oven/barbecue available for cooking. In front of the villa there is a 12x5m swimming pool (depth 1,4 to 1,6 meter). Wi-fi internet connection available in all the units. Shops and restaurants are available in Attigliano at 4km and Lugnano in Teverina at 6km. The highway is at only 10 minutes driving. The wineries of Le Crete, San Donna are at 15kms driving. Orvieto, Civita di Bagnoregio, Bolsena lake are all at around 35kms. Rome is at 1 hour driving but there is also a train station in Attigliano at 4km.
