Resort in Loanhead

I'm currently working from house 5 days a week so am house most of the time. We have a happy home, which we look after. The house is kept clean and tidy at all times - Well maybe not so much my sons room (haha), but all other areas.
We live on the 37 bus route which takes you into Edinburgh. Edinburgh is around 7 miles away from Loanhead and £1.80 per trip.
My children are well behaved kids, with good manners and both enjoy "talking" and getting to know people.
Bedroom 1 is to the front of the property which provides great light all day. The room has a set of bunk beds only so this should be taken into account when thinking about guests.
