This three bedroom house sits on ¾ of an acre and is located near Cave Creek in the heart of River River. Just minutes from the State Park, hiking trails and beaches, this cottage is the perfect place to enjoy time with family or friends. In this home you will find a small open kitchen and dining area, two small living rooms with TVs, three queen size bedrooms (all including smart tvs), and two baths. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare any meal and includes a stove, dishwasher, small appliances, and a coffee maker. A washer and dryer are also available. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine on the large, private, back porch. A firepit surrounded by chairs sits off the patio and is the perfect spot to finish the evening. There is also a gas and Blackstone grill conveniently located off of the kitchen on the back deck. The property also includes lake access, perfect for fishing, with an easy walk down a small hill. The 4th "bedroom" is located in a separate outbuilding that has been updated as an extra living space, just a few steps from the main house. It has it's own small private deck and contains a TV, window AC unit, electric space heater, small sofa, two twin beds, a king bed, and small mini fridge large enough to hold a few beverages. This area is PERFECT for older kids or teens wanting a little more privacy. A community boat dock is located in a no-wake cove and with an end slip that is extremely easy to access, giving you the ability to tie up for a few hours or swim in a safe area. It is conveniently located a short walk or golf cart ride away with the nearest boat ramp (Cave Creek) just over a mile away. We hope you choose us for your lake getaway!
