- SEATS AT TABLE MAX 16 IN THE LARGE TABLE AND 4 IN THE KITCHEN. THE TABLES CANNOT BE MOVED.

- The municipal road that leads to the house is steep and a bit rough, well practicable but PAY ATTENTION, GO VERY FLAT - NO MOTORINI.
- THE GARBAGE MUST BE TAKEN TO THE CHECK OUT (GLASS AND PLASTIC INCLUDED !!!(NOT THROUGH IN THE MIDDLE OF THE CAMPAIGN - WE WILL CARRY OUT AN ADEQUATE CHECK FOR YOUR CHECK OUT)
