The Space:
Morning light slips through floor-to-ceiling windows as the mountains rise beyond the evergreens, and the quiet of Whistler’s slopes settles in around you. After a day in the alpine air, you can return to the warmth of the indoor fireplace, letting the evening slow down in a home designed for gathering and rest. From the deck above the valley floor, the forest feels close and still, with mountain views stretching into the distance.
Sleeping arrangements
This entire home in Whistler sleeps 13 across 7 bedrooms and 8 baths. Two primary suites each offer a king bed, a gas fireplace, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a deep soaker tub and glass-enclosed shower. Neighborhood & ski access
Perched 1,000 feet above Creekside Village, Kadenwood offers seclusion with direct access via the private gondola - a four-minute ride from the neighborhood base. Ski-in/Ski-out access is seasonal and dependent on weather conditions and snowfall, with ski-out access about 200 meters away. Whistler Village is a 10-minute drive, with Creekside just below the neighborhood.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.
Getting Around:
Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.
Other Things to Note:
• Construction in Kadenwood. The homesite next to Kadenwood Bellevue is under construction. Construction is typically active from 7:30 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. However, the Whistler municipality permits daily construction from 7:30 am to 8 pm. Construction noise may come from machinery, vehicles, and workers. We’ve adjusted rates to recognize potential noise disturbances and inconveniences. No further construction compensation will be offered.
• Exterior security cameras. There are exterior security cameras installed at the front and rear entrances of the property.
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
