You'll walk up the stairs to the 2nd floor and notice the space opens up to feature a beautiful spiral staircase that will take you up to your 3rd bedroom and two workspaces. While just of the kitchen offers a Juliet balcony.
Guest Access:
You'll use our smart lock to enter through the side door (East side of the home), then walk up to the 2nd floor where space opens up into the main living room. Your unit is on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the home.

The neighborhood is a working class neighborhood just east of the capital. It's one of Des Moines oldest areas with lots old homes and even some brick roads!
Getting Around:
This home is just minutes driving distance from East Village and downtown Des Moines. You'll likely want to get around in car as it's not the most walkable neighborhood, but has quick access to the main byways in Des Moines.
