Summary: I was told that the property is 9 years old, but it looks 40 years old. It needs upkeep and attention from its owners. The sea weather has its affect, but to attract people like us, requires quality level maintenance. We had A/C issues, lighting issues, internet connectivity, The elevator was inoperable that entire time 5 days we were there. Maintenance were called for us and did their best to fix things temporarily. The location is incredible, but the sour taste of staying at a run-down hotel was a sad state.
