The Space:
Stunning 4 bedroom/2 bathroom property,capable of comfortably sleeping 7 total and situated only a short 10-minute drive outside of St Andrews, making it the perfect stay for families and golfers alike.

The Neighbourhood:
Blebocraigs is a small village a short 5 miles outside of St Andrews. The village is composed of around 100 houses, bordering a forest which is open to the public for walking and other leisure activities. The nearest shops are in St Andrews.
Getting Around:
Due to its rural nature and lack of shops within the village a car is highly advisable.
Guest access:
Guests are free to enjoy the whole house and garden, including the adjoining field at the bottom of the garden. No rooms will be off limits and all contents within the flat are there for our guests use including WiFi, the TV and the cooking implements.
The Summer house, garden office and garage are used for storage and are not therefore accessible to guests.
The owners have their two vehicles parked on the driveway while they reside outside the UK. There is still ample room to park multiple vehicles.
Pre Arrival:
When the booking is confirmed you will receive instructions via a web link with all the necessary information to check yourself in at your leisure from 4pm. If early check in has been purchased check in will be from 3pm. Please note that access is not permitted to the property before this time, and we cannot store any luggage prior to check in.
Check in is via a secure key box for which you will be provided the code prior to arrival.
During Your Stay:
We are happy to communicate with all guests as much as necessary, but will otherwise leave you to enjoy your stay.
