The castlelike BARONY LE PERGOLE with 3 villas and a total of 10 non-smoker-apartments and each with own entrance from outside and of varying sizes for 1-8 persons is located in the most exclusive district of Lugano-Castagnola-Cortivo at the foot of Monte Brè (Switzerland's most sunlit mountain) near the lake (70 m airline).
Situated peaceful and sunny and away from the disturbance of communal and cantonal roads between private blind alley Via Violetta and ancient Olive foot path to the antique fisher's village
"Gandria" (1,3 km) the Barony Le Pergole thrones over a terraced Mediterranean treegarden with scarce flora and panoramaview on Lake Lugano and the nearby mountains.
A green OASIS nethertheless near to the center of Lugano: 2 km.
The shared INDOOR POOL (on request with charge) 4 x 8 m - with 140 m2 sunbathing terraces with deck chairs, parasols and table tennis is in function from June until end of September and can be used by people/swimmers aged 12 years and over. Minors must be accompanied by adults.
Mattresses and covers, towels, parasols, ping-pong-utensils and Washer and dryer are deposited for free use in the little garden-house nearby the indoor-pool.
The indoor pool can be closed at any time due to the Corona pandemic due to official regulations.
However, there is within 130 m on private street and stairs down to the lake a municipal BOAT- and BATH-STAGE and a small shingle-beach for sporty people: free of charge.
To the "LIDO SAN DOMENICO" with simming in the lake ca. 500 m: with charge.

ADDITIONAL COSTS are to be paid on arrival in cash:

of a long stay, each week CHF 350 and changeover
bedlinen/towels each week CHF 175;
- Local tourist tax CHF 5,00/day/person from 14 years.
- Electric current consumption upon counter CHF
0,80/KWH:
Guarantee-deposit of CHF 150 each week to let on
arrival in cash and will be given back on departure
day, if there ist no damage
ON REQUEST:
- Car parking 4 persons-car CHF 105/week - VAN CHF 210/week-
- Indoor-pool CHF 35/person/week;
- Extra towel CHF 3,00. To wash the Barony-lauindry by the tenant is
not allowed.
A possible defect must be reported immediately so that this can be
removed. Complains on or after checkout are invalid.
- The kitchen and -utensils must be left clean - as found
on arrival - also at checkout. Otherwise the cleaning
will be charged.
- Garbage must be deposited due to official regulations
in the containers at beginning of Via Violetta/Via
Cortivo. See also description in the kitchen.
