A lovely cottage, literally on Umbria/Tuscany border, with private fenced garden and pool. Very easy access, at just 10 minute drive from town. Surrounded by green hills, you will enjoy the 2.000 sq metres garden with 10x5 pool built in 2016, under the shade of our trees.
Large kitchen very well equipped, living room, ensuite double bedroom on the ground floor. Double bedroom, twin bedroom and another bathroom on the first floor. Satellite TV, wifi, heating included when needed.
Pool open from May to September.
