A beach shuttle is available Thursday-Monday offering a convenient way to enjoy the waves and sand. When you want to stretch your legs, take the provided adult and children's bikes from the garage for a family ride on the neighborhood greenways or head down to the shared pool for some water fun in the sun! Check out the local fishing, kayaking, parasailing, surfing, stand-up paddleboarding, jet skiing, and boating. All the equipment you need is available to rent.
The brightly-lit interior is tastefully furnished with updated appliances and amenities. An open-concept main living area is a great central gathering place anchored by a fireplace and a TV. The island kitchen has full-size appliances, including a gas range and dishwasher, to make home cooking a breeze. Family meals can be enjoyed together in the sunlit dining area.
