This cosy home ‘Casa delle Betulle’ is ideal for a family with kids looking to spend a relaxing time into nature and with your own private pool overlooking the lake.
The main floor of this house is rented out and is composed of:
- Living room with a sitting area and TV, dining area with table, sofa bed and single bed, and large windows accessing the outside terrace with barbecue.
- Bathroom with shower.
- Fully equipped kitchen.
- Bathroom with small tub and washing machine.
- Bedroom with double bed and TV. This room is separated by a folding screen from the main entrance area and the kitchen.
- Main entrance leading out to the front terrace with table.
From the outside terrace with barbecue, stairs go up to the sunny pool area. Here you can admire the lakeviews, relax in the sun loungers under the large parasol, take a refreshing jump into the swimming pool. The wooden table and benches are waiting for you to enjoy alfresco dinners.
The first floor of the house is inhabited by the very friendly owners who will be glad to answer any questions, guide you to the locals’ favorite restaurants and the popular sightseeing options around.

This holiday home ‘Casa delle Betulle’ is located at the end of a dead-end street up on a hill in San Bernardino Verbano in a very quiet countryside location just next to the National Park Val Grande. Don’t be surprised if you spot a deer wandering close to the house. The park offers a wide range of leisure activities and sports (walking/hiking, mountain biking). A 10-minute drive (5 km) down will bring you to the shores of Lake Maggiore and to the lively area of Verbania with many shops, bars and restaurants. From here, you can stroll along the scenic lakefront promenade and enjoy the views, or hop on a ferry to further explore the never-ending wonders of the beautiful Lake Maggiore.
