Summary: Communication with the staff was great even before we arrived. The building is greatly located, just a couple blocks from the underground and in a nice neighborhood. The room was big and with a small and practical kitchen. The stairs down to the apartment could be cleaner and the hallway could be lit automatically becuase at night, once you open the door, it's pitch black. There's a guide to use the washing machine and heating system, that was a bit too confusing. The shower was disappoiting :/ Just a few streams of water coming out of the flower. It was hard to get wet.
