A large garden surrounds the house, alternating green spaces with paved areas where it is possible to park 2 cars and motorbikes and where there is a barbecue area. The house is finely renovated and furnished, and is only 300 m from the sandy cove in front and, about 600 m, from the golden dunes and the beautiful beach of Torre dei Corsari where it is possible to eat a few meals thanks to the two kiosks on the beach.
