Positive: Location was excellent right in city centre and lots of good places to eat very close by with good transport links. Plus car park space very helpful. Apartment stocked with crockery and appliances.

Negative: You had to wait for someone to come out of the building to initially access the property. No way of accessing keys without someone letting you in when you first arrive. Building has a no Airbnb/holiday rental policy so that was awkward. Black mold on windowsills and both bathrooms with no working extractor fans and many light bulbs needing to be changed. Basic but functional accommodation but access and mold need addressing.
