Large 2-storey house with lake view, sunny. Located in the middle of the village of Colonno. Beautiful kitchen open to the terrace, personalized furniture, comfortable and functional house.
Ideally located between Como and Menaggio, close to the piers for Bellagio, Varenna, Mennagio. 12 km from Villa Carlotta, 5 km from Lenno.
7 bedrooms, 4 of which have lake views. 2 spacious bathrooms. A separate WC on the ground floor.
Good bedding. Bright and spacious fitted kitchen open to the dining room. Tastefully decorated, sober and refined style. Active wood fireplaces on the ground floor.
Possibility to swim in summer in the lake on a furnished beach free access to Colonno access on foot downhill.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay in Colonno. From every room i the house there is the most AMAZING view. Lots of big rooms, so perfect with family and friends. Easy to visit other small towns and only a short walk from a little local beach. We all agreed that the view, terrasse og cosy kitchen made the perfect holiday
