This recently renovated holiday home is situated right on the shore of stunning Lake Conjola just metres from the waters edge. Combining modern standards with heritage features, our beautiful double storey house will accommodate you and your family (or even two families) very comfortably with its generous living spaces, both indoors and out, and delightful bedrooms. This house is furnished for a maximum of 4 adults guests with a maximum of 8 guests in total Sleeping accommodation includes huge master bedroom with amazing lake views and it’s own private balcony, kids bunk room, ground floor double room with original features and upstairs twin with beautiful hardwood furniture. Three generous living spaces include sunroom with panoramic lake views, lounge room with TV and XBox and brand new wood burning fireplace and dining area adjoining the kitchen so that you can still see the lake while you're cooking and eating meals. The kitchen has a new gas/electric stove, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee maker. The cupboards are well stocked with plenty of pots and pans, utensils, serving dishes and even a waffle maker for all your cooking needs. There is a generous laundry with a top loader machine and sink which is s great place to store luggage or throw off those muddy/ sandy shoes. The external deck is a great place to BBQ and eat or head to the lower deck to sun yourself and view the local wildlife including kangaroos, pelicans and king parrots. Lake Conjola brings you the best of both worlds as the lake is fantastic for swimming and innumerable water sports while the pristine Conjola beach is just minutes away by car or boat.
