Summary: Got a room that was dirty( showed pictures) she went up and checked, she said it was clean( they had cleaned it meanwhile) i showed the pictures and she have is a new room, finding it was dirty in the toilet. We also saw 2 Silverfish in the bedroom while beeing there, so be aware of that in your bags. The breakfast area was dirty, it was packed of people so they didnt clean tables properly. The cups and plates was also dirty, with rests from orange juicy inside and crums ( bad dishwasher?). The housekeeper was gonna give us towels which she has used the same gloves she cleaned bathrooms with. Well the positive side was big rooms and comfortable beds, there was also a nice tv in the room. The reception after the first incident (trying to cover up a dirty room) was nice and helpful. The breakfast was really good with lots of variety. And also helpful breakfast staff. Overall an ok and nice hotel, with helpful staff, but the cleanliness was terrible, also with finding Silverfish was a bad experience.
