The newly built in 2019 cottage in log cabin style is located on a 500sqm large and separate recreational property within a small cottage area away from the village Groß Nemerow in the district Tollenseheim, only about 100 m as the crow flies from Tollensesee. The natural beach and the pier can be reached in about 500 m, a golf course in about 300 m. The house is modern equipped and extends over 2 floors. The ground floor is the living room (upholstered seating area, dining table, LED TV, radio, air conditioning) with an open kitchenette (electric stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, div. Kitchen appliances), 1 bedroom (double bed, TV) and a bathroom (shower / toilet, washing machine, hair dryer). Upstairs there are 2 more bedrooms each with a double bed (1 x with furnished balcony), and a small guest toilet. The heating takes place via a cost-electric heating and a stove in the living room (initial supply firewood incl.). Carport and 1 additional parking space, bicycle storage room (charging for e-bikes available), furnished terrace, sun loungers and barbecue facilities are available. A total of 4 bicycles (including 2 children's bikes) are available free of charge. For small children 1 high chair and a cot can be provided free of charge. Additional costs: Deposit 150 EUR, water, waste water and energy according to consumption, bed linen and towels can be brought or rented for 5 Euro / person, final cleaning 60 EUR on the spot. The additional costs will be charged at the end of the stay with the deposit. Attention: In 2019 further holiday homes will be built on the site. It could come because of this to impairments.
