The house is located at the top of a hill and therefore offers a breathtaking view all around of the mountainous and hilly landscape of the Marche region. On the many beautiful, sunny days you can even admire the sea and neighbouring Tuscany. A unique and incomparable view!
In the outdoor area, i.e. the park-like garden, the house offers many possibilities for families with children or groups: a large grill with an arbour and seating, a roofed terrace, an antique pizza oven or the big pool for a cool dip. While you are relaxing, the children can play on the playground with a tower, slide and swing or the further playground with a sandpit, Indian teepee and seesaw.
If you would like to rent the house for up to 12 persons, four bedrooms are available: two double bedrooms (double beds: 150 x 195 or 180 x 200cm), a three-bed room (single bed 80 x 180cm, double bed 160 x 190cm), as well as a further three-bed room (single bed 75 x 180cm, double bed 180 x 200cm). In addition, two people can sleep on a sofa bed (160 x 190cm) in a little living room. Three of the bedrooms have an adjoining bathroom with a WC and shower. There is a further bathroom with a WC and shower adjoining the living room/bedroom, which also acts as a walk-through room to the fourth bedroom. You can also use the two kitchens, the big dining room with an open fireplace, the living room over 65m² with a wood-burning stove and the whole outdoor area. One or two toddler packages, each consisting of a children’s bed and highchair, can be provided on request free of charge.
It is not just the garden that offers leisure options. In the surroundings you can go on cycle tours, hikes, visits to towns and cultural sites. You can also explore the whole upper, middle and lower romantic Metauro river valley easily by car.
