This beautiful, light and completely remodelled apartment is located in the ex bell tower of a benedictine Nunnery of the XIII century right in the historic centre of Spello. Across a private courtyard with garden ornaments out of the Renaissance era, to which only our guests have access to, you reach the "Campanile". This modern apartment offers two bedrooms tasteful furnished with king size double beds, a spacious bathroom with shower cabin such as a well equipped kitchen and livingroom with dining area and sofa, the fireplace provides a cosy atmosfere in every season of the year.
What's making this vacation domicile so unique, is without any doubt its terrace on the roof top of the bell tower: From there you enjoy a breathtaking view on Umbria's tipical landscape with its olive fields, and in the distance the towns of Spoleto and Montefalco show up out of the green panorama. Time for you to relax and recover.
All rooms are equipped with big light invinting windows and flyscreens and show a panorama out to the landscape or the private courtyard, WIFI is perfectly working in the whole structure, the livingroom features a flat screen TV with satellite channels. Free public parking available, on demand also a garage box for a surplus of 50 Euros/week.
Weekly cleaning and change of bedlinen and towels are included in the cost.
