Luca is one of the three apartments at Casale degli Ulivi. This ground-floor apartment consists of a large 'loggia' furnished with tables, chairs, and sofas to eat and relax outside.
Situated in a quiet garden of olive trees, this farmhouse enjoys superb views of the valley, as far as the hills and the Apennine mountains.
The living room is bright and tastefully decorated with a mix of rustic and modern styles and has direct access to the swimming pool. The kitchen, connected to the living room through large doors, is well-equipped and functional. The apartment has 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, and 2 bathrooms with shower.
