Proceed up the steps into the kitchen/diner with its double electric oven and gather at the dining table. On the ground floor is a utility with washer/dryer and freezer, and a cloakroom with a basin and WC. Upstairs; the master bedroom with high ceilings and exposed beams & king-size bed, the second bedroom with queen size bed and the third with a day bed & window seat, with the family bathroom on the same floor, containing a bath with shower over. A further staircase leads to the fourth bedroom in the eaves with exposed beams and panoramic views, a double bed, fitted wardrobes and a free-standing TV. The main garden area is at the front of the cottage, enclosed by Cotswold stone walls with a patio area and an outdoor table set. Please note - This is an old property and has many character features, including steps into some rooms, low beams, multiple floors and a steep, winding staircase with no handrail up to the second floor, which could pose difficulty to guests with limited mobility, or carrying babies.
