Equipped with modern appliances and high-quality equipment, the kitchen offers a bright and spacious environment for preparing delicious meals. What makes the kitchen even more special is the direct access to the outdoor veranda. A full-height door harmoniously connects the indoor and outdoor spaces, creating a natural flow between the kitchen and the outdoor dining area. The veranda, furnished with an elegant dining table, becomes an ideal extension to enjoy meals in an open-air atmosphere, enveloped by the sea breeze and soft light.

Guests will have full and exclusive access to the entire flat during their stay and will be able to freely use all the amenities and appliances present.

Check-in will be carried out by a designated person on site. On the day of your arrival you will receive all the necessary instructions, in order to access the flat and to register your identity card or passport (which must be done no later than 24 hours after the check-in time, as required by Italian law).
Before your arrival, I will make sure that the flat is thoroughly cleaned, following strict hygiene standards.
