Ground floor: Large kitchen with 4m work surface made of trendy concrete, new refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and oven. Dining table for 8 people, convertible sofa bed, guest room with sofa bed, large bathroom / WC with walk-in shower, large terrace with table for 10 people, lounge sofa.
First floor: 2 double rooms with double beds and separate bathrooms, wonderful view of hills, olive and oak trees.
The house is entered through a separate entrance and is completely independent of the rest of the house. During the rental period there are no other people on the property or outbuildings. Guests can use the pool exclusively and the laundry room for free. There is a parking space for several vehicles.

The area is characterized by theaters, opera houses, the typical down to earth food with truffles and wild -cucina casa linga. They are also known for their fashion and leatherworking. There are div. Outlets of the most beautiful Italian brands, such as Prada, Tod's, Hogan, Ferragamo and Pollini. The Marchegiani are proud Italians and excellent people. The Verdicchio is one of the best white wines in Italy. Fresh and fruity, light and dry.
The nearest towns are Arcevia (4 km) and Serra De'Conti (6 km). In both places there are supermarkets, bars, restaurants and cafes. The sea at Senigallia, a very beautiful medieval town with a wide beach is about 30 km away. The Riviera del Conero (Portonovo and Sirolo) with turquoise waters and dream beaches are about 50km. Next you can also visit the World Heritage Site Urbino, about 50 minutes, and the Grotto Frassasi (unique and World Heritage), Genga, a little 30 minutes. And of course much more ....
