Summary: The hotel was in the perfect location for the rail station, which was the reason for booking. The hotel was adequate in regards to their facilities, and the owner was very friendly, which is always a plus. The room was small, but fine for an overnight stay. It was a little bit musty in smell, though probably just needed airing a little bit more. Breakfast was reasonable and I was accommodated for allergies and preference.

Summary: A lovely homely property,great host and immaculately clean. Comfortable bed and Great breakfast. within easy walking distance to the train station with 4 trains and hour into Nottingham. Can highly recommend.
