Entering the house we find a large living room with kitchen and lounge and two bedrooms: a double with bathroom next door (with chromatic shower and suitable for use by the disabled) and a twin bedroom, also with bathroom next door, equipped with a Jacuzzi.
On the upper floor, with access through an external staircase decorated with Sicilian ceramics, we find a splendid terrace (100 m2) equipped with umbrellas, armchairs and with a beautiful sea view. The attached apartment consists of living room with modern kitchen with peninsula, large bathroom with shower and bright master bedroom. The property was completed in 2022 and features typical Mediterranean decor with hints of vintage and luxury. The house is equipped with all amenities and the rooms are spacious and bright.
