Lounge at the lovely pool or snuggle in front of the fabulous fire. Summer or Winter, it's a picturesque spot, surrounded by majestic Oak trees and set in a forest-like garden with magnificent seasonally changing hues and the occasional local wallaby.

The house is light and bright, spacious and well spread out, there are 2 living rooms, 1 of which leads onto a large patio with a built-in barbecue, steam room and sauna.
A large, airy, open-plan eat-in kitchen with dining areas that open onto an outdoor seating nook overlooking the lovely pool and heated spa.
A separate study/media room and a four-bunk bedroom ideal for children/teens are on the living level. Upstairs are three bedrooms and one bathroom, and the luxe main bedroom ensuite is situated separately and opens onto the outdoors. NB beds cannot be split and sleeping arrangements are ideally designed for 4 couples and 4 children/teens with a maximum of 12 ppl permitted. NO parties/hens/bucks are allowed. No one other than booked guests are to be invited to the property without prior consent and a fee of $200pp will apply should this occur. No more than 6 vehicles are permitted in the driveway and a fee of $200 per additional vehicle per day will apply. This is for safety, council regulations and neighbor consideration. Guests who do not adhere to the house rules will be asked to leave and will be held responsible for any additional maintenance, damage or cleaning costs.
