Summary: We attended specifically for the Edinburgh Fringe and the properties location on the Royal Mile was superb for the purpose. The property is lovely and the communications could not have been better. It is harsh to be negative about the property however, on the basis of being even handed, i would say that particularly light sleepers might have struggled as, despite excellent sound proofing, some noise from the street below was inevitable particularly during the fringe. The bed was comfortable however not the best i have ever slept in. Being picky now!
