Casa Brizzi is a former farmhouse country house that was completely renovated in 2016, both indoors and outdoors. This house has been transformed into a true holiday home equipped with every comfort: TV, Wifi, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms (10 beds), fitted kitchen, washing machine, large panoramic swimming pool (11x4m), petanque court, ping pong field, large garden with trees, flowers, herbs and plants, fruit and olive trees, parking for 4 cars, BBQ, kicker table etc. There is a poolside terrace with sun loungers, a panoramic terrace above the swimming pool with lounge seating, a terrace on the other side of the house (often used as a breakfast terrace in the morning), etc. The house is surrounded by nature on a dead-end private country road and therefore offers a lot of privacy. The house has a unique location with views of the valley, mountains and the sea. in the neighborhood there are top addresses for those who want to go out for a nice, tasty and cheap meal (highly recommended!), the nearest center where you will find everything (either Pergola or San Lorenzo in Campo) is only a few minutes by car. Here you will find supermarkets, butchers, bakers, fruit traders, banks, pharmacies, hospital (Pergola), newspaper and tobacco shops, restaurants etc. It is wonderful to stay in the garden and at the pool, but those who want to get off to nice historic villages and towns in the neighborhood (eg. Mondavio, Corinaldo, Fossombrone, Fabriano etc.) or take the panoramic route to the sea (drive over Castelleone di Suasa, Corinaldo and so to Senigallia where it is always buzzing with life and beautiful white sand beaches). Further you can also get off to o. A. Rimini, Cattolica, San Marino, Osimo, Ancona, the Monte Conero, Gubbio (Umbria) or even to Assisi or Perugia. 1 hour away there are also some aqua parks, the largest (Aquafan) of the whole of Italy.
