From the street level, a flight of 36 steps leads down to the two-story villa. The property features an unheated swimming pool (2.7 m x 7 m x 1.8 deep) and Jacuzzi pool with hydro massage (1.8m x 3 m). The pool area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. The pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October. From the swimming pool, you’ll enjoy a stunning view of the sea, and island of Capri. The villa provides direct access to the sea and public beach via a staircase of 260 steps, which are cut into the rocky cliff. Villa Eviana has a lovely garden (300 m2) with trees and pergolas. Upper Level: A staircase leads to a living/dining area, which provides two sofas, armchairs, a large flat-screen satellite TV (local channels), a DVD player, and dining table for 10. The space is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit, Internet WI-FI and an iPod. The living/dining area leads to the first terrace, and also to the kitchen. The first terrace (25 m2) is partially shaded by a wisteria pergola and is equipped with a table, chairs, deck chairs and sun loungers. From the terrace, you will enjoy a beautiful view of the sea.
