Summary: We had the pleasure of staying one night at The Castle at Edgehill and from the moment we arrived, it felt like something truly special. The setting is breathtaking—perched high above the countryside with panoramic views that are impossible to tire of. Dinner that evening was absolutely spot-on. Every dish was a delight, beautifully presented and packed with flavour. The menu celebrates quality ingredients, and you can tell the chefs genuinely care about what they’re creating. Breakfast the next morning didn’t disappoint either—fresh, generous, and the perfect start to the day. But what really stood out to us was the team. Every member of staff we encountered was warm, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. A real credit to the place. If you're looking for somewhere with charm, character, incredible food, and the kind of service that leaves a lasting impression, we’d wholeheartedly recommend The Castle at Edgehill. We’ll definitely be back.
