Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 12 meters (39 feet) large by 20 meters (65 feet) long, from 60 centimeters (2 feet) to 1.80 meters (6 feet) deep. It is filled with sea water. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a charming view of the Umbrian hills and of Umbertide. You will share the pool with guests staying at 4 other apartments. The swimming pool is open from mid-May until mid-September.
Garden
The garden is 900 square meters (9700 square feet). It is partly shaded by tall trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a sun umbrella. In the garden you will find a children's playground. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the Umbrian hills and of Umbertide.
