Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The views are stunning and it it’s ample space with a large kitchen, dinning room, living room and huge balcony. There is also a rooftop with 360° of Taormina. The host was very responsive and really helpful. It felt extremely secure and safe. My friend and I are two young women and we felt so safe staying there.

Negative: The property is about a 10/15 min walk straight up stairs from restaurants/shopping every thing. We are big walkers so we were able to cover it but it was exhausting. The apartment could have been cleaner - if you looked closely you could see some dirty spots but nothing that was too gross. The smaller bedroom bed was hard as a table. I think that mattress needs to be replaced because it’s virtually unusable.

Summary: Overall a great deal with amazing views. Only stay there if you can do a lot of steps or willing to pay for a taxi/
