Positive: location really great. check in was very simple. can sit outside in evening with a view of the mountains. the room is very well equipped if you make your own food. nice and quite. room was really nice. the property is close to the train station. i had a car but access to the property was really good and also in the more quite part of Buchs. The price as well i though was very reasonable.

Negative: dust pan and brush could have been provided. kitchen could have done with some glasses and a few extra (utensils), there were not cooking dishes. the room could have done with a kettle. cleaning wise there were quite a few cobwebs around the edges and the window could have been cleaned (maybe me being picky) but my stay was still really nice and i would definitely stay here again.

Summary: really enjoyed my stay here. room was modern, spacious and felt very relaxed.
