The residence is located on the southwestern coast of Sicily, in the center of Triscina, a seaside hamlet of Selinunte, in a region rich in tradition and archaeological testimonies, at just 4 km (along the coast) from the archaeological park of Selinunte (the largest archaeological park in Europe). The estate has an excellent location from which it is easy to reach the numerous archaeological and natural sites, among the most important ones in western Sicily by car, and offers a direct access to the golden sandy beach ( private use in summer) lapped by a clear crystal and still unspoiled sea.
It has a double bed, or 2 single beds, plus a double sofa bed in the living room. All accommodations are equipped with heating and air-conditioning (adjustable by the customer and programmed by times: from 13.00 to 16.00 and from 19.00 to 07.00), safe deposit box, direct dial telephone, TV (satellite and digital terrestrial), fixtures with double glazing to ensure thermal and acoustic insulation, orthopedic beds, kitchenette (with stove with oven plus fridge freezer 280 L), bathroom with hairdryer and hydro massage shower cabin.
