The location has a private beach, a fully fenced garden to guarantee maximum privacy. Modern interiors and design make the villa even brighter. The structure is on three levels: the ground floor includes a large living area with kitchen, living room, a double bedroom, the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bathtub, an additional bathroom with shower and a beautiful covered balcony with sofas and armchairs lake and garden view.
The attic first floor has 2 bedrooms (one double and one with two single beds); however, given the ceiling is not very high, these rooms would be perfect for boys. On the first floor the bedrooms have a window and are equipped with air conditioning. They also have a private terrace, bathroom and living area.
There is also an underground floor with laundry area.
A carport is available in the villa.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
The cost for final cleaning is 200 euros to be paid in cash on arrival together with the tourist tax.
In the period from December 1 to March 1 the cost for heating is € 200 per week.
