It offers beautiful volumes and 5 lovely bedrooms, including 3 air-conditioned on the upper floor. It has a nice pool (heated on request) surrounded by a beautiful wooden terrace. An elevator allows people with reduced mobility to access the 1st floor, where there are two bedrooms and a shower room. The garden, green and surrounded by walls, offers a lot of privacy, even if the house is attached from the back. The kitchen is modern and well equipped, the very bright living room with large bay windows, a large summer kitchen and a wonderful covered terrace with a beautiful barbecue awaits you overlooking the swimming pool.
The surrounding area is full of discoveries, with the lovely villages of Olargues and Minerve 32 km away or Roquebrun 10 km away. There is something for everyone, the Oppérum d'Ensérune is 27 km away, the Canal du Midi with the 9 locks of Fonséranes 27 km, the hiking trails of the magnificent Haut-Languedoc Regional Park start at 10 km.
The village center of St. Chinian, whose AOC vineyard is very famous, is within walking distance (500 m). There you will find all the necessary stores. Stroll through the alleys, gardens and small squares, stroll every Thursday and Sunday at the farmers market and enjoy fruits and vegetables, cheeses, olives, oysters and artisan products. Take part in a pétanque competition in the shade of the large square. Hikers won't miss the two 10 km marked trails that lead from the village through the hills.
