I haven't opened the home for bookings for 2023, it’s too far in advance for us as homeowners unless it is a wedding. I put some bookings into the calendar but as I work with other agents it may not be as up to date. If you would like to know if the home is available, please write.

Bedrooms 8:
8 in Manor House: 2 twin rooms, 1 single room and 5 kingsize bedrooms.
For additional guest accommodation (up to 7) and costs (varying by season), a renter could rent the two adjacent properties on the grounds. A) 4 bedrooms in adjacent lodge (one double bedroom and three singles) with its own dining area, two fireplaces, kitchen and sitting room; and, B) 2 people in adjacent apartment (double bed) with its own kitchenette sitting area and ensuite bathroom total, 7 extra people.
The fully restored Manor House dates back to 1750 and sits on 35 acres of manicured gardens (including 4 acre lake). With a sunken croquet lawn surrounded by abundant lavender, amazing views out over the private four acre lake, fountains, with full night time lighting along all pathways on the estate.
The Manor House sleeps up to 15 guests in 8 bedrooms of the main house with 6 bathrooms (5 ensuite), and three ½ baths on the main floor.
The lodge at the end of the drive is self-contained and has a further 4 bedrooms with a dining room, sitting room, kitchen and small conservatory. The groom’s flat across from the main house is a one bedroom self-contained apartment.
This property is ideal for family, summer wedding receptions and corporate gatherings. By arrangement, larger gatherings can be accommodated with marquees and full catering.
The Manor House ground floor comprises of: Drawing Room with access to a massive patio and gardens at rear of property. Library with views onto the garden and has a fireplace. Large live-in kitchen with adjacent breakfast dining room (seats 8), walk in Pantry, garden room opening out onto the Patio and gardens, utility room, a cloak room and a large dining room that comfortably seats 16.

Master bedroom with super king size bed with ensuite with jacuzzi bath & separate shower, dressing room & seating area and gas fireplace.
Bedroom 2: King bed and ensuite with jacuzzi bath & shower room, separate dressing area, seating and gas fireplace.
Bedroom 3: Single bed with ensuite bathroom with bath and shower
Bedroom 4: Super king bed with ensuite with jacuzzi bath and shower plus seating area and gas fireplace.
Second floor:
Cinema room with adjacent utility room with sink and fridge.
Bedroom 5: super king bed which has a zip and link, with couch.
Bedroom 6: twin bedroom with connecting shower room with separate bath and shower.
Bedroom 7: twin bedroom that connects to the shower work with separate bath.
Bedroom 8: Super king with ensuite bedroom with jacuzzi bath and shower with gas fireplace.
Groom apartment: Open plan living with double bed, ensuite bathroom and with kitchen.
Lodge: Self contained with kitchen, sitting room, dining room, two fireplaces, ½ bathroom and family bathroom with overhead shower. bedroom 1: queen size bed, bedroom 2, single, bedroom 3: single, bedroom 4: single.
