Situated peaceful and sunny away from the disturbance of communal and cantonal-roads between private blind street and the antique Olive-foot-path to the antique fisher's village "Gandria" (1,3 km) the Barony thrones over a terraced Mediterranean tree-garden with scarce flora and panoramaview of Lake Lugano and the nearby mountains.
The shared indoor pool 4 x 8 m ( with charge) with 110 m2 sunbathing-terraces with deckchairs, parasols and table tennis is in function from June until end of September and can be used by people, swimmers aged 8 years and over must be accompanied by adults.
Mattresses and covers, towels, parasols, ping-pong-utensils are deposited for free use in the little garden-house nearby the indoor-pool as also the washing-machine and dryer.
