Positive: The apartment was overall good except for some details. Location also very good, in walking distance of everything.

Negative: The owner doesn't speak any english, so communication was difficult. There was no furniture on the balcony, we would have liked a table and chairs. The coffee machine was broken upon arrival and we got a new one several days later. The TV was broke (lines on the screen) You could still watch it but it's rather annoying. You have just enough hot water to take 2 showers... for more people this would be annoying. all of the above are minor problems and didn't change the way we experienced our holiday very much. What i do consider a problem: We wanted to extend our holiday by 3 nights. We checked on booking and the price was 235€ in total. So we contacted the owner directly because we thought it would be in his advantage if we didn't go through booking. At first he said 230 was ok. Then he explained to us that he had to pay taxes and we had to pay 30€ more. So in total we payed 260. It was a little naive of us because later that day we checked on booking and saw that the price of 235€ was taxes and fees included. So we paid an excess of 25€. This is mostly the reason why i score the apartment lower. How greedy can you get? It's a shame.
