Immersed in the green of the Abruzzo countryside just 10 km from the sea and Pescara, you will find our farmhouse whose entrance is through a private avenue of olive trees. It consists of two separate and independent housing units, large parking area and a flat garden of 2,000 square meters with numerous and various trees including olive trees, holm oaks, cypress pines and magnolias and a large, well-kept lawn for sunbathing and playing. . The entire property is completely fenced to enjoy in complete freedom and tranquility and in an exclusive way of the wide spaces and a view that goes from the Abruzzo countryside to the Gran Sasso mountain.
Also available is a sun terrace, barbecue, garden tables and chairs, comfortable swings, hammocks.
The use of the garden is shared for the guests of both houses.
For children we provide various games.
For both houses, heating costs, from October to April, will be calculated separately according to consumption € 1.20 per liter, and paid in cash at check-out.
CATERINA house
About 60 square meters, it is arranged on one floor. It has just been renovated with the desire to create a fresh and romantic atmosphere. We chose the grit for the floors, for the furnishings and the fabrics we wanted white, gray and green.
It consists of a large living space with a ceiling with wooden beams, a large window overlooking the countryside. Here you can have lunch comfortably or watch TV on the sofa.
The kitchen is in masonry, with double sink, has a spacious work surface, the stove has 4 burners, with gas oven, fridge with freezer and is fully equipped with dishes, dishes etc.
