Here is some information about the brand new apartment at Via Pisacane, no. 35. The apartment is currently undergoing renovation, so you will have the opportunity to enjoy a brand new mattress and a room with newly purchased furniture.

The apartment is located less than a 15-minute walk from the Ospedali Civili di Brescia!
It is a 20-minute walk from the historic center and the main squares (Piazza della Loggia and Duomo Vecchio). It is only a 15-minute walk from the Accademia di Belle Arti Santa Giulia and a 20-minute bus ride from the Accademia LABA.
The apartment consists of: a Living Relax Room with a fully equipped kitchen, 4 Single Rooms, and 1 bathroom.
The area is very well-served and very quiet, with a Carrefour supermarket, pharmacies, bars, and restaurants just a few steps away.
Only 5 minutes from the apartment, there is Parco Marconi, where you can take a walk, and right in front, there is the Marconi Metro station.

✔pay the administration fee
✔provide all of your documents for the registration of the contract
If you don't provide the required information within one week of booking, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
