With access from the main entrance hall, and via a comfortable marble staircase, it is immediately very welcoming. The entrance is on a large living area consisting of the living room where there is a comfortable sofa that, if necessary, can be transformed into a comfortable bed (one and a half square). In the lounge area there is a large Smart TV to entertain guests at its best. The living area continues to the dining area, which is characterised by a large cooking and eating area as well as a nice table where guests can comfortably sit. Adjacent to the kitchen is the large full bathroom with a large glass shower stall and a laundry area. The lounge area at the entrance disengages the two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed overlooking the balcony overlooking the main street and a small bedroom consisting of a functional bed unit that sleeps two plus a third, possibly pull-out, and which has a window that gives plenty of light to the room. Just 200 metres from the well-known Via della Libertà, 300 metres from the world-famous Politeama Theatre and just 400 metres from the Port, we offer this wonderful accommodation located on the first floor of a building with 5 above-ground levels.
