It is ideal for a refreshing holiday, in addition the proximity to the sea allows to experience the nightlife of the seaside resorts rich in events, restaurants and shops. At the guests'disposal a panoramic pool and a gazebo perfect to enjoy pleasant al fresco dinners.
The villa is on two levels. On the ground floor there's a wide living room with fireplace as decoration only, a kitchen with direct access to the garden, a bathroom with shower, a laundry area, two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom. An external staircase leads to the first floor where there're two apartments both composed of a living room-kitchen, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a mezzanine floor with two single beds.
