The location in Nesso is the ideal starting point for your tours: the village is right in the middle between Como and Bellagio, so both towns can be reached in 20 minutes. Countless good restaurants line the lakeshore and you can take the ferry to the other side of the lake. The villa is also an ideal starting point for outdoor activities: the old "Strada Regia" leads directly past the villa and to the "Tivan del Piano" plateau, simply drive a few kilometers up the mountain.
The villa has three levels. There are two double bedrooms on the first floor. One with a view of the lake and one with a view of the forest. There is also a spacious bathroom with shower, WC, bidet and washbasin. The highlight is the open kitchen with cooking island and dining table for 8 people on approx. 50 square meters.
There are two further double bedrooms on the top floor, one with a view of the lake and the other with a view of the forest. The bathroom on this floor has a bathtub, WC, bidet and washbasin.
In the basement is the garage, an office with two desks, swivel chairs and monitors, which you are welcome to use. There is also another shower room with WC, bidet and washbasin as well as the utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, clothes horse and ironing board.
The villa is surrounded by a spacious, fully fenced garden on several levels. From all areas you have a unique view of Lake Como. On the first floor there is a terrace with a dining table for 8 people. In front of the house there is a lawn area with sun loungers and deckchairs.
Our driveway is very steep and can only be used by cars. Caravans or buses cannot be parked at the house.
