Our country house is an original Appenzell farmhouse newly renovated in 2022. It is located in Speicher in Appenzell Ausserrhoden near St.Gallen in eastern Switzerland. The holiday home offers max. space for 12 people and 2 babies. (Ideal occupancy: 5 to 6 adults, 3 children/babies)
You will stay in the country house with 4 bedrooms, 1st kitchen, 1 washroom/changing room, 1 living room and 2 bathrooms (3 double beds, 3 single beds, 1 baby cot, 1 baby travel cot, 1 air bed and 1 sofa bed).
The house is secluded in the countryside, in the middle of a sheep pasture in the municipality of Speicher. Nevertheless, you can be in the city of St.Gallen and on the motorway in 10 minutes. It has parking spaces for approx. 3 cars and there is a bus stop 50 metres away. It has a beautiful outdoor area with a slide, deckchairs and hammock for relaxation and a barbecue area with seating.
By booking you agree to the following conditions: Pets and excessive partying are not allowed! The target group are families and we reserve the right to refuse bookings only from teenagers or adult groups without children or to request a deposit. If you are an adult group, please contact us before booking to clarify the conditions. Sanitary towels, nappies, kitchen paper and other items except toilet paper must not be disposed of in the toilet under any circumstances, as this could cause major damage. The rented property is newly renovated and must be treated with due care so that many more families can enjoy it. Damage will be charged at the purchase/replacement value; this also applies to the sewage pump. Smoking in the house is prohibited! In the event of any damage, we will only take recourse against the person making the booking. If incorrect information such as the number and age of the guests is given when booking, we reserve the right to cancel the booking or refuse access to the property when handing over the keys. The house may not be used for non-zoned commercial purposes (agricultural zone) or sublet during the stay without consulting the landlord. Families are of course very welcome.
