It is in a rural location near loch Alvie and only 200m from Dalraddy Holiday Park which has an outdoor foodcourt with market stalls at the weekend and access to quad biking, archery and a children's play area and a small grocery store.
These are traditional railway cottages, with the railway line situated approximately 20 meters away.
